Gin & Tonic

Ingredients
  • 4 cl HUM 587 Botanical Gin

  • Large ice cube

  • 15-20 cl Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water

  • Lemon

  • Rosemary

Method

Pour the gin over a large ice cube in a balloon-glass and add the Tonic Water. Garnish with a slice of lemon, and run lemon round the rim of the glass dress with a sprig of rosemary.
