The Botanical Gin is distilled in a 300-liter copper still, using only the hearts of each run to ensure the highest quality. A carefully selected blend of 13 botanicals, most of which are handpicked from the slopes of Mount Hum (587m), is distilled in a premium grain spirit. The aroma reflects the essence of Vis Island in the cool early hours of the morning. The first sip reveals a full, herbal character, followed by a lingering aftertaste of the island’s famous lemons. The inside of the label reflects the colours of the sea surrounding Vis and the fields in the centre of the Island.
